Description: Up for sale is a VERY NICE Watercolor by Noel Shepherdson. It is signed and dated in the bottom right hand corner "Noel Shepherdson 87". NOEL SHEPHERDSON (b.1935), 'Rural Landscape' It is under glass, and matted and framed in gold medal frame that measures approximately 23" x 19". There are some nicks, scratches, and dings on the frame. There are a few spots on the mat. The painting itself is approximately 16" x 11 1/2". Overall, it is in Very Good Condition - it has not been examined out of the frame. A beautiful painting and a superb example of this great artists work. A perfect piece for any collector!
