It's in the condition shown and would make an excellent addition to any collection. Although by 1929 Wolf Cubs had existed in England for several years, the US had no pre-Scout organizations. In 1929 BSA organized demonstration or experimental Wolf Cub units in St. Louis and San Francisco. Relics of these units are extremely rare. We do, however have a San Francisco Wolf Cub flag in our museum. Registration of the first Cubs BSA units began in 1930 and were absorbed into Boy Scouting in 1945.
