Description: This listing is for one succulent planter. I currently have two available and will offer a discount if you would like to purchase both. This piece was such an amazing piece to create. I had discovered two badly damaged flag glass display cases, with the glass broken, wood was splintered and cracked. I looked at these two pieces of damaged wood, and I instantly knew I needed them. I knew exactly what I would use them for. I spent so so long on these two pieces, and I am very proud of the results. If you could only see the before! These cases were dismantled, and in rough shape. I sanded the wood, used apoxie sculpt (a type of hard clay), wood filler, and a ton of hope, and fixed the triangle shape. Once it was a secure triangle, I removed the existing finish from the wood, and coated the wood in multiple coats of a mid-gray paint. I removed all nails, glue, and velvet, sanded more, and applied more paint. I affixed a wooden back to the frame, so that I could hang it, but also because the next step was to add floral foam. I cut floral foam and affixed the foam into the frame. I spent a good while adding the faux/fake flowers and succulents, until it was completely filled with plants. The plants are secured with glue, as well as floral pins. Lastly, I covered the entire bottom with real preserved moss. This piece can sit on any table-top or surface, OR hang on the wall. The back is wood so there’s the ability to add hardware (not included). The piece measures 25 inches at the base, 13 inches tall, and comes out from the wall about 7 inches. It is a beautiful piece and I had such a great time creating something so beautiful out of damaged and discarded pieces of wood. This was completely hand-made with attention to detail. These are completely unique and only two available and they are identical in colors and types of faux flowers. They can be sold as a set at a discounted price.
