Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE SLT Vintage Presents Vintage Early 1970s Ventura V-14 12-string Dreadnaught Acoustic Guitar A real time capsule, most likely mfd in 1974, pristine and close to mint condition, a gorgeous example of early 1970s Japanese guitar manufacturing at the height of their game. Judging by the pro craftmanship, this instrument was most likely manufactured by Mastumoku for C. Bruno and Son. This 12-string is tight in every respect. All bracing is solid, all joints tight, this highly responsive guitar projects full and clear which makes it great for live and studio applications. X-braced spruce top, stunning mahogany sides and neck with rosewood veneer on front of headstock. A working truss rod, precision tuners, and a rosewood compensated height adjustable bridge round out features that make this a respectable player. Neck is straight and action can go whichever way you prefer with no fretting issues up and down the registers. Excellent fretwork too. The pearl top binding, sound hole rosette, fretboard inlay and headstock badge are an ornate touch. Included on this guitar and professionally installed is a L.R. Baggs M1 passive acoustic guitar soundhole humbucker pickup with a fresh battery. This is one of the best pickups systems available for an acoustic guitar. Light scuffs are present but barely visible. As shown in photos, mark on top lower bout. Tiny ding on top next to pickguard and a barely visible fade spot in finish on back of neck. Zero maintenance performed or needed. Ships in original yellow felt padded HSC in excellent condition.
