While the 60s and 70s introduced us to many new things, the 80s was a different beast all together... That decade's music included new wave, early hip hop and rap, hard rock and heavy metal, synth-pop, electronic, alternative, radio-friendly pop, R&B, and plenty of club sounds to dance to! Today we feature a massive bundle of FOURTEEN totally awesome 80s acts, and their best of or remix collections. A couple are TWO discs each, and a couple are also STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! We start with British dance pop stars Duran Duran. Those guys are actually still around, but without original guitarist Andy Taylor (he left for health reasons). The rest of the classic lineup are currently still in the band. Duran is here with the collection titled 'Night Versions'. It's ELEVEN remixed hits, plus one video (as this is an enhanced CD)! The disc itself looks new, and is shiny and clean. Digipak case and slipcover also looks great. Next up is a Flock of Seagulls, and their TWELVE track greatest hits collection. They even add both the short AND long versions of "Wishing"! Disc and case look new. The Smiths are on deck with an EIGHTEEN song compilation called "Singles". Featuring all of their 80s hits. Disc and case look new. Next up is Falco, and the 'Remix Collection'. ELEVEN tracks, and some pretty wild remixes here. Disc has a few very light surface marks on it, but nothing bad, or that will affect play. Case looks new. Terri Nunn and Berlin are represented here with their greatest hits package called 'Best of Berlin 1979-1988'. TWELVE total tracks. Disc and case look new. Culture Club and Boy George is here with the FOURTEEN track best of CD, titled 'Culture Club Collect- 12" Mixes Plus'. It's hits, a few remixes, plus a Boy George solo song. Case and disc look new. The Pet Shop Boys are dancing around with 'Disco 2', featuring TWELVE sweet remixed songs! Disc and case look new. Yaz (or Yazoo as they are known in Europe) are here with the album 'The Best Of', and it's a total of FIFTEEN tracks, including four remixes! Disc has a couple of very light surface marks on it, but nothing bad or that will affect play. Case looks new. The Thompson Twins are here with a TWO disc collection called 'Remixes and Rarities'. TWENTY FOUR tracks on two CDs. Still sealed! Case has a crack on the front cover. Next up is The Fixx, and their greatest hits album called 'One Thing Leads To Another'. It's TWELVE songs, with a couple of unreleased tracks and special versions. Disc has a couple of very light surface marks on it. Case looks new. In '98, a best of CD by the B-52s was released. It's EIGHTEEN fun songs. Disc has a few very light marks on it, but nothing bad or that will affect play. Case looks new. The Human League is here with the TWO disc collection 'The Very Best Of'. The first disc is the hits, and the second disc is all remixes. TWENTY EIGHT total tracks! Discs look new, and are shiny and clean. Case looks good, but has a couple of cracks on the back cover. ABC is represented today with 'The Remix Collection'. It's TWELVE extended or remixed ABC hits. Disc has a few light surface marks on it but nothing bad or that will affect play. Case looks new. And we'll end with The Fine Young Cannibals, and 'The Finest'. FOURTEEN fine tracks, and this bad boy is STILL SEALED and NEVER OPENED or PLAYED! Let's get cookin'!
