This Swing-Flex check valve is suitable for fracking, dewatering, wastewater processing, irrigation, mining, pulp & paper and low-pressure gas service operations.Working Mechanism:During system flow conditions, the fluid movement / pressure forces the disc to open position, allowing 100% (unrestricted) fluid flow. Under reverse flow conditions, the valve disc returns to the closed position, preventing reverse flow completely.Features:Val-Matic 512A Swing-Flex check valve features non clog design to ensure that the flow area is unrestricted for maximising flow rate and lowering unwanted headloss.It features fusion bonded epoxy coating on both exterior & interior surfaces for preventing any chances of fluid contamination.
