Description: This WWII wool green uniform dress jacket/blouse appears to be in generally excellent condition for its age. Does not have belt. It has all buttons and they are in excellent condition. I have found only 3 apparent moth holes on the jacket. Two are on the collar and one on the back. They are less than 1/8 inch wide and not visible to the casual observer. Has PFC stripes. Its about 19 inches across the chest from armpit to armpit and about 32 inches from top of collar to the bottom. On the inside of the left sleeve is stamped “QUARTERMASTERS DEPT US MARINE CORPS 1942-43 3 M. The jacket does have the classic smell of being old. I’m sure that can be treated. 100% of the net proceeds of the sale of this jacket will go to the Marine Corps League Sunrise Detachment located in Massapequa NY.
