I BELIEVE THIS IS CAUSED BY THE JUGS MACHINE WHICH COMPRESSES THE FOOTBALLS WHEN IT THROWS THEM. THERE IS WRITING ON EACH NOSE I'VE SHOWN IN PICTURES. THIS BALL IS DURING THE R.C. SLOCUM ERA OF GREAT TEAMS! THE 91 TEAM WOULD FINISH 10-2 AND LOSE A TOUGH ONE IN THE COTTON BOWL TO #5 FLORIDA STATE.
