It does issue two shipping numbers, firstly the UPS or USPS tracking # to the Global Shipping Hub, then an international shipping tracking number that you can enter on Pitney Bowes' site to receive tracking information. Using this option for global shipping, we unfortunately cannot combine shipping on different items. Returns: We have our return policy set to no returns accepted.
