Will fit all 150-250's 20" 25" or 30" with your correct shafts put in it (currently set up for a 150-175). Same lower unit...shafts make the difference. Unit will also replace a little older johnson and evinrude's also. This exact lower is a M1 found on 2002-2007's. This is a V6 gearcase (4 3/4"). Please be certain the lower unit will fit your particular shaft length, model and year before bidding. Please see the pictures below.
