This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, many signatures in ink); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/chipped/jagged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss and fraying exist); no holes that I could see; pieces missing due to heavy circulation.
