Description: The stamp you see in the scan is the stamp you will receive.I do not collect stamps. This is from my father's collection. He collected stamps for over 70 years, both US and worldwide. He passed away in March of 2024 and asked that I liquidate his extensive collection upon his death and get them into the hands of as many collectors as possible. I can answer a lot of questions about the collection as I was educated by him about stamps in my nearly 60 years of helping my father in his hobby. My father had a saying of “I have never thrown a stamp away”. He collected stamps, post cards, first day covers, postal bulletins, postal stationary, you name it. If it was stamp related, he collected it. His collection contains over 3 million stamps, 500,000+ covers, 1000's of Perfin stamps and covers and almost 600 lbs of stamps on paper he didn't get around to soaking off. All these will be sold. If you are looking for something, email us. We will be selling some individually, some in groups and some by whole country or class. Check back often. Q#1 – Are these stamps from a smoke-free house? A#1 – My father smoked when I was a kid. I never saw him smoking when he worked on his stamps but I will say “NO” to this question.
