Description: My Dad, Dave Evans from Altoona, PA, was the recipient of this flag. It was flown over the Capitol of the United States in Washington, DC, on April 10, 1986. The Congressman from whom my Dad received it was Bud Shuster, House of Representatives. I didn't open the flag much to inspect it, but the visible parts seem quite clean. The flag was flown, so you may see some minor wear. The paperwork shows a bit of wear, including some discoloration. I also didn't measure the flag, but I assume it is the standard 3 feet x 5 feet (not guaranteed). Along with the flag, you will receive 2 letters of correspondence and 2 certificates of authenticity, along with miscellaneous papers.
