This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance including teller stamps, ink stains, and writing in pencil); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners heavily rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); no holes that I could see; pieces missing due to very heavy wear.
