Description: For sale is a lot of Many 1000's of yards of new fabric. This huge lot was purchased from an upholstery shop that closed due to a death of the owner. Vintages are from the mid 80's to 2014 has been found on the tags. I counted roughly 380 rolls, Some unopened, partial and more. Some cane supplies. Everything you need to start a shop, 9 full boxes (48' x 42") and a partial (48 x 42") with cane supplies ,sample books and misc. I could not detect any undesirable odors , such as molds or mildew. Has been stored in a climate control environment. Unknown weight of total package, will take up a storage space of 10' x 20' tightly packed.
