Description: ITEM DESCRIPTION:Up for sale is a great unsigned necklace made by Vendome in the late 1950’s or early 1960’s. I purchased this several years ago from the people who owned the Vendome archives. Many of the pieces were prototypes and some were put into production while others were “inspiration” and still others were simply too expensive to make for the larger markets. This necklace is 16 1/2” long and drapes down approximately 2 1/4” wide in front. It is made from silver tone metal and has smokey gray crystal beads and colette set rhinestones. It is on memory wire with no closure and simply slips onto the neck and stays on with natural tension. Of course a clasp can be added if desired. It is in excellent condition and weighs 126 grams. ***Please note that my camera is cobalt blue and often makes polished surfaces look dark due to the reflection on the metal surface.*** SHIPPING:First class shipping, insurance, and handling in the US is $9.
