Description: Please read: This is a hunter-branded ceiling fan, it works almost correctly, with the only exception being that the pull chain sequence was misarranged and now it goes Medium-High-Low-Off, which is very fixable with a small, flathead screwdriver or a paperclip even. Other than that, the fan works, it will include: x1 motor assembly x5 blades x5 blade ironsx1 downrod x1 switch housing x1 switch housing mounting bracket x1 wiring harness x1 canopy x1 mounting bracketAll necessary screws, grommets and hardware will be included, excluding 1 screw that was used to mount the canopy to the mounting bracket ("was", as the original screws weren't use, I have no idea what the installer was thinking, but there were wood screws used to hold the canopy to the bracket, I was only able to find one of them) NOTE: the box I'm shipping it in will NOT include the fan displayed on the box as that box is a spare I had laying around.
