Description: This set of two decks of playing cards commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Union Pacific Railroad's completion of the transcontinental railroad in 1869. Please note this came from the collection of a Union Pacific collector, and we will be listing more items over time. He had pens, night lights, bottle caps, and other collectible items. If we don't have any items listed yet feel free to message us, we can always work something out and create a private listing for you. Both decks are complete with their Jokers. Both decks have a one joker featuring the Union Pacific railroad logo and the other joker featuring a map. These decks are in what I would consider 'comfortably played' vintage condition. That is, they clearly well played and worn but still have a great vintage patina and hand feel. The holder is also in good vintage condition. There's a tiny bit of wear to the word golden on the front and a small chip on the corner but it is still structurally sound and a fantastic piece overall. Overall this is a fantastic vintage find, one of my favorites out of the hundreds of decks I own - there's just something wonderful about it's great look and character.
