You can use it as a Handheld CB Radio with batteries or slide on the DC Adapter with an External Antenna connector to use it like a fixed mount CB Radio for maximum range. NOAA Weather Alerts keep you informed when severe weather threatens. The Dual Watch feature lets you talk on one channel while keeping an ear on another channel you are interested in. You can use High power 4-Watts to punch out the strongest signal or Low power 1-Watt to preserve battery life.
