Under water: Keep patch folded onto itself over the area to be repaired, then unfold patch and apply immediately. Carefully press out all air bubbles. If possible, apply weight to the patch and allow 24 hours to reach full bond strength. Tip: If your damaged area is on a seam, add an additional bead of glue to the seam before applying the patch.
