I have been the sole owner of this book which has been well cared for in my personal collection for over 35 years. While adding the standard disclaimer that "I am a long-time collector, not a professional grader", in order to give some guidance as to the condition of this book, I would estimate it at NM- to NM due to a barely visible, slight line/crease just above Dr. Doom's right arm.
