I had my son model one for me so it can give you an idea - He is 6 feet tall and weighs 179 lbs - I am assuming these are unisex - I do not know anything about wetsuits so please ask any questions before purchasing. These measure approx. 9" leg inseam - approx. 5.5" from center of armpit to hem edge of sleeve - 36" from back of neck to bottom hem of leg - the zipper is approx. 16" long - there is also a patch of hook and loop for closure at the top.
