Description: Really incredible error/variation. This is the 1971 semi-hi# NY Yankees Team Card. It is graded SGC 60 (EX 5) , and as you can see it has a BLUE team name (rather than the usual green). No offense to sgc but I think the dropped the ball here -- the card is very strong for the grade, and as seen they did not recognize/ label the card as a variation. As of this time SGC and PSA do not recognize it as a variation but it will perhaps in the future. In my 40+ yrs of collecting, I think I have seen only one other with the blue team name. Very, Very Rare! I have scanned the regular version (also a very nice card) for comparison -- and it will be included in this lot. A must have card for any serious Yankee collector! Don't miss it!
