Ultra Rare 1943 (or older) "AC-201" Logan Lathe Speed Collet Chuck and More

Description: For anyone owning a 9" or 10" Logan Lathe with a 1-1/2" x 8tpi spindle who wants an exclusive original accessory that no one else will have, this speed collet chuck is it. The Logan Company made 2 different types of collet chucks: the lever using "production collet chuck attachment," and the "speed collet chuck." I have had the incredible luck of owning both types, and the "speed collet chuck" (the type for sale here) is so much easier to swap collets and to remove the collet chuck than the production, lever acuated chuck attachment. As shown in one of the pics, this collet chuck had "Pat Pend" marked on it, and therefore was sold before its patent was approved in 1943. This collet chuck is so rare, that you will likey not see another one for sale online with as many collets as offered in this listing. This speed chuck comes with compatible "push type" collets. I was fortunate enough to have stumbled upon a box of these collets at an estate sale. Two, for reasons unknown, have an extension at the end that makes them longer than the other collets, but the extensions do not affect its use with the chuck.
