Description: This is a six-piece set of diamond-coated reamer tips in a micro size that is nearly impossible to find. In fact, We had to have these made specially due to customer requests. The set includes 4 micro-reamer points that taper from a maximum of 1.00 mm. down to a needle-small tip ( be careful, they are so small and sharp at the point that they can stab you). As a point of reference, a standard bead reamer is over 1/2 mm. thick at the tip! The set also includes 2 micro diamond drill bits which are non-tapered and measure approx. 0.5 to 0.6 mm. diameter. They are very useful for straightening and equalizing bead holes to eliminate any taper or crookedness inside the bead. All tips have a standard 3/32" shank that will fit all motor tools, although some motors may require a 3/32" collet or adapter. Always use water frequently on any diamond tool, and run your motor at slower speeds with no pressure applied to the tool. Let the diamond grit do the work...
