Description: I believe that this is a rare Ty Beanie Baby. Issued by McDonalds. Shows introduced 6/15/96 and date of birth Summer 1996. That seems to be an error. On actual bear tag has 1999 copyright and Oakbrook IL. I got this second-hand but the bear has not been removed from the package. It was partially opened to read the tag but there is not enough separation for the bear to have actually been removed in my opinion. The last 3 pictures show the panel that was opened to access the tag. The left top side appears to be intact (unseparated.) The package is a bit warped and the plastic bubble cover is dented in at the top. Please check out the pictures for yourself. An acceptable return requires that it be in the same condition; so further damage or removal of the bear would void return. Thanks for viewing. NOTE: My NOC modifier does not meet that definition by ebay since the package is damaged & partially opened.
