French magazines like The Beau Monde were popular with American dressmakers, sewers, and women interested in the latest fashion trends. The magazine was published from the 1820s to the 1860s. These pages present a unique slice of history from 180 years ago. Condition: Good. Both pages have experienced foxing a little bit of browning. The May 1844 issue has some tears on the left side of the page. These pages are otherwise in good condition and ready for framing. The pages measure 10-3/4" height and 8-3/8" width.
