Description: This listing is for a rotary dial telephone recently purchased from a local estate sale. It is made by Western Electric made of turquoise blue plastic and vinyl. The dial and the receiver buttons are made of clear plastic and it has black lettering on the dial. The handset is marked 'Bell System Property Not for Sale Western Electric" and the body is marked "Bell System Western Electric". The body measures 9" X 5 1/4" X 4 1/2" and it is marked "C 8 500" and 'Bell System Condition: There is some fading on the plastic---the spiral wire on the handset is brighter than than the plastic on the phone. There is some rust on the bottom plate. The circular piece with the numbers and letters on it has some wobble but the rotary part of the phone works well.
