Description: TruMedic IS-2000 InstaShiatsu Neck and Back Massager with Heat WORKS *READ*. Good pre-loved condition, used minimally, but does have 2 minor flaws: 1) Has always had an issue holding a charge—you either need to charge it before you use it or while you use it (but never bothered me much cause the cord is a decent length for charging during use). 2) A bit of the faux leather is starting to wear along neckline (see pics). Otherwise great, and really does the job, only selling because I was gifted another massager. Original box NOT included!
