Original promotional pamphlet measuring 9 inches by 8 inches folding as issued to 9 inches by 4 inches presenting text & illustrations (some in color) in 22 columns on 6 leaves. Publisher's pictorial stapled paper wraps. Condition: Lightly soiled, modest edge wear, staples rusted, otherwise Very Good. Please see photos. A wonderful memento of old St. Pete which, as we learn on page two, "is the natural playground for that part of America east of the Rockies, the unfailing refuge of the invalid and the pilgrim seeking escape from winter's severity."
