Trans will have full automatic operation in OD or D position. NOTE: "For this kit to hold 1st, 2nd and 3rd to any RPM", For 1st gear place shifter in 1st position manually, upshift to the 2nd/D position for 2nd gear then immediately pull shifter back down to the 1st position " It will stay in 2nd gear", when ready for 3rd gear, shift to the 2nd/D position again it will now go to 3rd gear. When ready for 4th gear/overdrive move shifter to the 3rd/OD position.
