Description: New in box, but there are a few packaging flaws, so I marked this item as used. (Please read condition description below) This is a figurine of a horse/pony, one of the Trail of Painted Ponies figurines by Westland Giftware. It is a 1st Edition and is number 7243. Designed by Janee Hughes. Hand crafted in China. Name of Figurine: Northern LightsMPN: 12249Year of Release: 2007Height: 6-7/8 inchesLength Front to Back of Figurine: 8 inchesWidth of base: 2-5/8 inchesLength of base: 7-1/2 inches Description: This horse/pony figurine is white with a colorful image on it of the Northern lights plus a bunch of animals: seals, a walrus, orca whales, a polar bear, a humpback whale tail, a ram, a water buffalo, wolves, a snowshoe hare, and birds. Condition: Brand new in box with original tag and a brochure displaying the available Painted Ponies in 2007 and some of the retired ponies. The horse/pony is in excellent shape as you would expect a new item to be. There are a couple dots of color on the base from the factory. One dot is really really light. See the last two photos. The box is in decent shape, but has some rub marks on it and a tear on the top flap. The Styrofoam is missing a section at the bottom. Because of the packaging flaws, I marked this item as used, but it really is new. The figurine was removed from the box at the store it was originally sold at and a price tag was placed on the bottom of the figurine (I removed the price tag), but I don't know if it was ever displayed at the store. It has not been displayed since.
