Description: Toy Tinkers Choo Choo Tinker Railway Pull Wood & Metal Train Toy. Antique from the 1920's. Made in Evanston, Illinois, USA. The 2 wood railway cars are joined together in the middle by a metal rod. Four wheels are made of wood and the front wheel metal. Body of the train is made of metal with wood on the top and bottom. Still has a tiny piece of the rope string that was used to pull it. It had a smoke stack but it's missing. Measures approx. 13" long x 3" wide across the wheels. The wood has wear/blemishes/marks. The front metal disk wheel has wear and patina & so does the metal rod piece in the middle. Metal rod in the middle has a "bend" to it also. All wear is consistent with age/use of toy. The train rolls along fine. Colors are red, green and yellow with silhouettes of passengers on the train. A nice collectors item. Please see all pictures, sold as is.
