The shoulder to torso area has that bunched up area, and the lower half has the main underside with the secondary like overhang, so it creates a light swishing when spinning as it's nice & and flowy. I have washed it with Purex Mountain Spring & air dried it. I do put half a dryer sheet into the bag for freshness. Non-smoking home, but I do have 2 kittens and a puppy.
