Gwynn has the highest career batting average of anyone who made their career debut after 1950 and is ranked 18th overall. To put that in perspective only ten players out of the top 100 in the major league have a highest career batting average of anyone making their debut after 1950! Gwynn also remained with the Padres until he retired a major rarity in the modern era. In my opinion he is the GOAT (Greatest of all Time). These cards range in date from 1985-1999 with a good mix in between. There are many brands including Donruss, Fleer, Topps, Score, Upper Deck, Classic, Bowman, Fleer Ultra, Leaf, & Collector’s Choice. There are also All-Stars & Premier 1st Editions such as 1988 Score, 1989 Upper Deck, & 1990 Leaf. These are mostly very nice clean, sharp, and well centered or at least reasonably well centered cards. Some of the cards could be grade worthy. All the cards range from near mint to mint condition with most being solid mint. For the most part Condition is like new. Will be shipped carefully and organized in chronological order by date just as pictured.
