Sometimes, the item will look great, but we just don't feel it deserves an Excellent rating. We do not consider yellowing of the pant lining due to dry cleaning to lower the rating - as experience has shown, each dry cleaner uses their own solution which may cause yellowing after only 1 or 2 cleanings (depending also upon what the fabric of the lining is).
