Mctier used bold colors and impasto to paint Tom Brady in the three stages of a pass, with bright and vibrant colors that accentuate Brady and give the painting a sense of kinetic excitement that brings the painting to life. Mctier is often referred to as the next LeRoy Neiman, signed his name with red paint and inscribed “2016” across the bottom right corner of the painting. Seven-time Super Bowl champion, five-time Super Bowl MVP, and three-time NFL MVP signed his name with a silver metallic paint pen across the bottom left corner. The signatures are bold and clear. The gold-metal wooden frame contains a dent on the top-right corner and various scratches that do not detract from the bold and colorful painting.
