The jersey was worn by him during the 2005 season and comes with a COA from the Patriots Pro Shop guaranteeing both the autograph and that the jersey piece was game worn by Tom! This is something that the Pro Shop sold in the stadium years ago. Piece is framed and ready to be proudly displayed, frame measures approximately 16.25x23.25 inches. Jersey piece itself is about 4.5 x 3! Frame does have some missing paint marks, see photos for exact condition. What you see is what you get.
