Remove halibut from the pouch; place halibut on hot skillet. Sauté for 5 minutes, flip halibut over, cover the pan, and cook for 7-11 minutes. Total: 14-18 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving (halibut will continue to cook slightly).Grill: Preheat the grill to high and clean with a grill brush. Remove Halibut from the pouch. Place halibut onto the grill. After 5 minutes, flip over and cook for 5-10 minutes.Broil: Preheat the broiler. Remove halibut from its pouch. Place on pan. Broil 6 inches from heat for 10-15 minutes.
