Return policy details: Our car mats are made to order and if customised, we can not accept a return, unless the product we have sent you is not as described within the listing or if it does not match your stated colour options providing by you the buyer. Boot liners can be returned only if we have sent the incorrect product. We will exchange your Boot Liner if required but you will need to cover any excess postage fees.
