It is guaranteed to be factory sealed as it has the factory ventholes in the wrap. This game is in near-mint condition. There are no tears in the wrap. I have 2 copies of this and each of them has a slightly dented corner (both are shown). This also comes with the trading card that LRG originally shipped with it.
