Nutritional Information Ingredients *Please see enclosed leaflet for more information. Directions MASSAGE : Add 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil. BATH : Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20ml of blending oil & swirl into water. VAPORISING : Add 6 to 6 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. AROMA SPA DIFFUSER : Add 6 to 8 drops of essential oils to 100ml of water. Can also be used in an oil burner when mixed with water too. FACIAL TREATMENT BLEND : Add up to 2 drops of essential oil to 10ml of blending oil and apply to skin in gentle, circular movements. *Please see enclosed leaflet for more information.
