The set you are buying contains four elevations, floor plan with dimensions, typical wall section, foundation plan, roof plan, electrical layout and lots of notes and details. Plan sets come on 24 inch by 36-inch paper. You can make as many copies for your own use. These plans are what most contractors need to build by and most lumber stores use to give you a material list and material cost. When you purchase the plans the first thing you will receive is a small set of the plans and a questionnaire. These can be emailed to you or Even mailed to you. These are for you to look at and make any changes and also specify what type of foundation, roof pitch, wall type and many other questions. Once we get back the questionnaire and any changes marked on the plan, we will make the final set of full size plans. We will have them out in the mail to you on the 24” x 36” paper, at no extra cost. I started drawing house plans in 1986.
