Description: Here is a copy of Time Machine Special Edition: World War II Code Breaker, written by Peter Lerangis, with illustrations by Alex Nino, published by Bantam in 1989. This is the 1st edition of this book, not the later reissue, but it is a 2nd printing. Similar to the Choose Your Own Adventure series, the books involved traveling back in time to important events or eras, with this Special Edition focused on WW2. Interior artwork is by Alex Nino, but there is also the use of historic photographs. The was the 25th and final title in the series. The book is in decent shape, but does have a few flaws. There is light wear to the edges and corners. The top of the spine has been bumped, causing some wrinkling. As seen in the scans, the bottom right edge of the spine shows a slight .5cm split. There is a single light spine crease. Inside covers and pages have light toning, less than average for the age. The inside cover has prior owner's stamp, as well as a store stamp and date on the 1st page. No markings otherwise. A presentable copy for the scarcer last title, a quality edition for someone making the set. Please make sure to view all the scans included.
