They are brand new, manufactured in China, sealed in plastic packaging. ****** NOTE ***** I don’t want anyone to be disappointed. This set is a very good reprint, and makes beautiful cards and tags. The difference? Original stamps were offered by Simon Says Stamp and were US-made red rubber. These stamps are a reprint, a Chinese-made photopolymer set.The matching die set is also Chinese-made. If you missed out on the Stamptember sell-out, and and just want to have these designs in your stash, here’s a second chance.
