Otagiri products were handcrafted, hand painted and highly sought after. Shipping Returns Domestic: We ship via USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to choose carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment. We try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible, with never any "handling" charges. Shipping is also combined for multiple items when possible. Delivery Confirmation will be provided. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $200. There will be no exceptions.
