Use a toothpick end to push the washer in to position. 4) Align the holes by inserting a toothpick fully in to the hinge hole making sure washers are in line. 5) While holding the parts in alignment with your fingers, pull the toothpick from the hole. 6) Insert hinge screw, tighten screw with screwdriver. To extract the hinge screws that hold these washers in place, you'll need this high quality screwdriver.
