Tiffany stone is Opalized Fluorite sometimes with chaledony, manganese oxide, Bertrandite and a few other minerals. It's only found in Utah. It's becoming quite rare because the mine has been closed to collecting for decades. This piece would polish up as a nice specimen or it could be slabbed and cut into some beautiful stones.
