I used initially when teaching my fitness classes until I imported them into my iPod once gyms upgraded systems for streaming. --I haven't played these CDs for several years. Some songs might have skips or glitches. If so, import those songs you like--ignore those you don't like! --SuperMedley has a plastic case. Songs are 128 bpm; Top Ten 33 has 2-discs at 128 to 130 BPMs. --Please Note: As with most fitness class music, all songs are remix and not performed by original artists. --Shipping price is included in listing price.
