(PLEASE see in PHOTOS).The crane can be manually moved up or down, (as also shown in the pictures).This train car is different than others on Ebay ... as it has a red hook on end of its crane, a freckled face, and also has no magnet on the front of the car. (There is only a magnet on the back of it). Kevin is from the Gullane Limited collection ... dated 2009, (as seen on the under side of train car in photos).It has been stored in a plastic bin since last played with, over 10 years ago.
